Sucker Punch Productions officially unveiled their latest game, Ghost of Tsushima , during Sony PlayStation’s E3 2018 press conference, giving consumers their first look into a brand new open world game set in feudal Japan. Open world games have somewhat stagnated in recent years, but that’s something that the developers behind beloved game franchises such as inFAMOUS and Sly Cooper are looking to change with their new title, which will eventually release exclusively on the PlayStatio

Ghost Of Tsushima Best Armor Sets In The Game \u0026 How To Get Them (Ghost Of Tsushima Armor)Shortly after rumors began to circulate online, The Last of Us 2 director Neil Druckmann came forth and announced the delay. Considering its February 21 release date was just announced last month, this may have left a bad taste in some mouths, but Druckmann promises that it will be worth the wait and explains that the team just needed more time to ensure that it hit «Naughty Dog Quality.» The Last of Us 2 will now release on May 29, 2020, which is just a small three month w

Fox also mentioned in a follow-up group Q&A that they have spent a lot of time attempting to find a way to do justice to the samurai and people who suffered during the real-life Mongol invasions of Japan in the late 13th century. However, Ghost of Tsushima , while based on a real invasion, is a fictionalized story — and the names of all the samurai in the game have had their names changed in order to honor those that died on the beaches during the Mongolian invas

Instead of having a traditional press conference this year, Sony decided to put the focus on four core titles that are coming to the PS4 in the near future. One of those titles was Ghost of Tsushima , which was unveiled with a brief gameplay demo that doesn’t take place too far into the game’s story. There’s no doubt that Ghost of Tsushima’s trailer impressed both conference attendees and those watching at home — and Screen Rant got to hear more about the game during the E3 Expo in Los Angeles this w

Following leaks earlier this month, Capcom has officially unveiled a remake of Resident Evil 3. It also comes with Project Resistance, now officially called Resident Evil Resistance . Resident Evil 3 will release for PS4 on April 3, 2

If Ghost of Tsushima does release in the second half of 2020, it would be a far cry from the potential 2019 release date that many fans had hoped for at the beginning of this year. It would also make for a second PS4 exclusive delay in a short timeframe after The Last of Us 2 got the same treatment. With that said, though, game delays aren’t necessarily a bad thing in the games industry — many games that were delayed over quality concerns or simply to give developers more time to execute on exciting ideas have become game of the year contend

Sony’s final State of Play for 2019 featured several new and interesting trailers, some of which are brand new announcements. The show took place quite early and went by quite fast, but we have rounded up the coolest announcements for you in case you missed

A magical battle royale game called Spellbreak was also shown off during State of Play. It seems to be very exhilarating, though it remains to be seen if Proletariat’s battle royale will be able to break into the crowded genre. We will be able to play Spellbreak’s Closed Beta in Spring 2

In most cases, this is done to give the team behind them more time to make sure the game launches at the best time and to its best quality. In other words, while many may hate having to wait just a little longer, it will hopefully result in a better game at lau

There aren’t too many compelling reasons to upgrade to the PlayStation 5, with very few titles able to make the most of the system’s raw power . Thankfully though, adopters can at least enjoy this fantastic remake of From Software’s Demon’s Souls while they wait for the console’s catalog of games to fill

Ghost of Tsushima dazzled at Sony’s E3 presentation, and Jason Connell, the art and creative director, hit the floor to talk about the game. The HUD will be reduced to its core elements and allow a more cinematic experience. Ghost of Tsushima is inspired by events that occurred in 1274, but will use original characters to tell its tales. The setting was meant to be secretive, and the team itself was worried it would leak due to of all things — a business card being given out. Tension is planned to be visible in all strikes — and the goal of the combat is to put you in the world. This means that you will get mud splashed on you if you’re in mud, or covered in flowers if you’re in a flower-filled area. It’s meant to absorb you in the game, and aims to add a sense of realism to things.

According to Sony boss Shuhei Yoshida, Ghost of Tsushima’s graphics are also so good that even he was impressed when he got to check out the game this summer — a comment that not only got consumers excited, but led to speculation that the game might actually release sometime in 2
